Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors should indicate in the Author Note on the separate title page if sections of the manuscript have been published in other venues.
  • The authors should prepare the manuscript in a Microsoft Office Document (.docx or .doc), which will be converted into a pdf file in the final version.
  • The manuscript is correctly formatted according to the journal guidelines specified in the Author Guidelines page.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • Written permission for reproduction of any images/figures/tables/computer programs/photographs etc. from third parties has been admitted.

Author Guidelines

The article can be in Indonesian or English of 2500-3500 words for 8-10 pages of A4 size including references and tables with a single space. The article must be along with an abstract in Bahasa and English with a maximum word count of 200 words in an essay format. The structure of the article is as follows.

    • The introduction contains the background of the problem, hypothesis (if any), and the purposes of works/services. Literature and conceptual review are included in the Introduction. Reference should be a primary reference, relevant, and up to date and do not cite a reference from someone’s reference, for example, Agung in Akmal et al.
    • Problem Analysis explains the existing and ideal circumstances in the context of the works/services. The analysis should include the gap of both which will be proposed a solution by the work/services.
    • The method in the article contains the activities, materials, and tools, methods for implementing the works/services, or steps for delivering the solution. Data used for works/services should be presented as concisely as possible, and in the form of tables or figures if appropriate.
    • Result and discussion describe the outcomes of work/services that should be in the knowledge improvement, skill enrichment, or a sort of product. The discussion must clearly and logically link the problem gap and methods to generate the answer. The report needs to be equipped with photos, tables, graphs, charts, pictures, etc.
    • Conclusions contain a summary of the results of the works/services. It must be written concisely and clearly.
    • Bibliography follows the APA 6th Edition style. The bibliography is typed in one space.

Articles

Each accepted article will be charged Rp. 150.000,- (one hundred fifty thousand rupiahs) for publishing cost. The author(s) will receive an invoice prior to publication date via author corresponding email.
