Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Matematika SMP Se-Lampung Timur melalui Pelatihan Soal Olimpiade

Olimpiade matematika menuntut kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang belum sepenuhnya terakomodasi dalam pembelajaran reguler. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembinaan olimpiade matematika di Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan latihan soal berbasis karakteristik olimpiade melalui ceramah interaktif dan workshop. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru, ditandai dengan 97% peserta menilai kegiatan sangat bermanfaat dan seluruh peserta siap membina siswa. Kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru serta mendukung pembinaan olimpiade matematika secara berkelanjutan.
